Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Cancellations are permitted only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• A 10% cancellation fee (covering payment gateway and administrative costs) will apply.
• Cancellations must be initiated through your account on the Driftingwood website. Requests via email or other channels will not be processed.

2. Post-Shipment Cancellations

• Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
• In rare cases (e.g., logistical errors), Driftingwood may review cancellation requests. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized orders, sale/discounted items, or orders using promo codes cannot be cancelled.

4. Delayed Orders

• For delays up to 180 days, refunds are not available. Customers may request store credit, subject to approval by Driftingwood.

5. Part-Payment Orders

• For orders with partial payments (e.g., multi-category purchases), the advance amount will be retained as cancellation charges.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

Returns are accepted only for:

• Verified damaged or defective products.
• Confirmed incorrect or incomplete orders.
• Manufacturing defects validated with documentation.

2. Return Process

• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery via the website’s support portal or WhatsApp, including photo/video evidence.
• Do not accept deliveries with damaged or tampered packaging. Claims for such cases will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and invoices included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to report defects.
• Products missing original packaging or accessories.

4. Return Logistics

• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24 hours of approval and may take 7–10 business days.
• Customers must repackage items securely to avoid transit damage. Driftingwood reserves the right to reject returns with additional damage.

5. Post-Delivery Damage

• Damage occurring after delivery is the customer’s responsibility. If a return is approved, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
